She asked the township to move beyond permitting policy and "help turn that framework into reality by identifying appropriate sites, connecting projects like NOVA with redevelopment partners and property owners, and ensuring childcare is part of redevelopment conversations before the opportunities are gone." The council did not take immediate action in the meeting; the comments were entered for the public record and Chava asked officials to follow up on implementation and site identification.
