Council updates compost program; two volunteers to take Jora composters

"I think there's room for discussion... is there some way for the town to get some of that back," S4 said, describing the town supervisor's interest in exploring options. Members emphasized outreach and public recognition of the program to encourage participation.
The council also discussed logistics for volunteers to exchange units and flagged the need for stronger PR to show community impact and inspire more residents to participate.
