Mayor Patricia Guerra Frazier visited Cafe Z to celebrate the restaurant’s 30th anniversary and interviewed owner Pat Inglieri and longtime customers about the business’s history in Union.
Pat Inglieri said the milestone felt personal: "I grew up in Union. My kids grow up here, so it's great." Mayor Guerra Frazier praised Cafe Z as a community institution and thanked the family for decades of service. Longtime patron Kim recalled coming to the restaurant for years and said the place "feels like Cheers" where "everybody knows your name."
