Board members press for multi-year revenue and expense detail before starting 2027 budget

The same member cited building permits as an example of changing revenues: "Our building permits were $8,000 in 2010 and our building permits were $90,000 in 2025," the member said. The Chair said staff (Steve) will assemble the requested data and circulate it before the August meeting so board members can begin drafting budget options with a clearer picture of revenue trends and expenditure drivers.
