The Navarro Independent School District Board of Trustees canvassed the Nov. 5, 2024 trustee election and certified the results during its Nov. 18 regular meeting. Board President Renee Rehfeld read the returns provided by the Guadalupe County Elections Office into the record, listing vote totals for at-large and the two-year unexpired trustee contests.
The minutes record vote counts for several candidates, including Becki Stephenson with 2,173 votes and Clint Scheib with 2,164 in the at-large field, and Joel Frederick with 1,353 and Jacob Coppedge with 1,227 for the two-year unexpired term. Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent and Board Ruth Mordecai then administered the Oath of Office to the newly elected trustees: Clint Scheib, Becki Stephenson and Joel Frederick, formally seating them on the board.
