Robert Jones introduced James from Gough Engineering as the main business liaison for the pre‑construction phase and asked residents and business owners to use posted QR codes and sign up for email updates. "James is our main point of contact for any business or personal complaints, thanks, anything, or compliments," Jones said, adding that James will route inquiries to the project team.
Staff said fact sheets and the presentation would be posted online once materials are ADA‑compliant and that contact information and a project phone number are available. Jones said James and the contractor (Jason from Schaefer Hoffman) will be primary points of contact during construction if an early work package is authorized and the contract proceeds into construction.
