Board approves Mental Health Day, Fall Foliage Festival and several routine appointments

Trustees accepted the fire chief's recommendation to admit a junior fire department member (Lorelei Pfaff) and authorized Engine 428 to participate in the Orange County parade on Sept. 28. Trustees thanked volunteer organizers and nonprofit partners for planning and insurance compliance.
