The Pasadena Independent School District Board of Trustees convened a special meeting Sept. 19, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Pasadena ISD Administration Building. Board president Casey Phelan called the meeting to order; trustees Kenny Fernandez, Paola Gonzalez, Marshall Kendrick, Vickie Morgan and Nelda Sullivan were present and Trustee Crystal Davila was absent.
Kenny Fernandez gave the invocation and Nelda Sullivan led the pledges. The board opened the allotted public-comment period under Policy BED (LOCAL) and recorded that there were no public comments related to items on the open-session agenda. The board then adjourned to closed session under Texas Government Code sections 551.071, 551.072 and 551.074, reconvened in open session at 6:02 p.m., and adjourned the special meeting at 6:03 p.m.
