Pasadena ISD board approves several policy revisions, adds security-personnel policy

The Pasadena ISD Board approved a series of local policy actions Aug. 27, including revisions to BBD (LOCAL) Board Members Training and Orientation and BBFA (LOCAL) Ethics Conflict of Interest Disclosures. Trustees approved modifications to CKC (LOCAL) Safety Program/Risk Management Emergency Plans and EFA (LOCAL) Instructional Resources/Instructional Materials.
The board added a new policy, CKE (LOCAL) Safety Program/Risk Management Security Personnel, and approved deletion of CKEA (LOCAL) Security Personnel Commissioned Peace Officers. Motions were made and carried by a 6-0 vote, and the policy changes were recorded in the Policy Section of the agenda.
