The Pasadena ISD Board authorized an additional $13,793,000 for the district's medical plan during its Aug. 27 meeting to ensure the plan ends the fiscal year with a positive balance. The motion, made by Vickie Morgan and seconded by Kenny Fernandez, passed unanimously 6-0.
