President Mandeep Chatha-Homer called the Paris ISD Board of Trustees to order on May 23, 2025, and the board administered the oath of office to newly seated trustees Terry Davis (Place 3) and Cliff Kerby (Place 7) by Notary Public Tammy Harrel. The meeting opened with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence.
The board then reorganized its officers. Mandeep Chatha-Homer was nominated and confirmed as president. Clifton Fendley was nominated and listed as vice president (the minutes note Fendley as absent). Terry Davis was nominated and confirmed as secretary. These officer appointments were recorded in the minutes as the board’s official reorganization for the coming year.
