Pampa ISD board OKs $10.48 million guaranteed maximum price for reroofing and HVAC work

Dr. Kelley Porter, the district's business manager, reported the GMP and told trustees the amendment sets a substantial completion date of Nov. 30, 2025. Trustee Luis Nava moved to approve the amendment; Trustee Cade Taylor seconded the motion, which the minutes record as carrying unanimously with seven votes.
The minutes note the GMP is "subject to additions and deductions made by authorized Change Order as designated in Article 2 of the form A201 General Conditions of the Construction Contract." The board did not record any amendments to the motion during the meeting.
