North Zulch ISD holds special meeting, goes into closed session on property acquisition

The North Zulch ISD special meeting convened at 7:37 a.m. at the North Zulch Elementary Conference Room on Feb. 26, 2025. A quorum was established with Karl Radde (President), Tammy Gilbert (Secretary), Kathryn Knotts (Vice President), Becky Wilson, Brian Baker and David Kirk present; Rinza Stewart was listed as absent.
The board entered executive session at 7:40 a.m. to "Consider and Discuss Real Estate Acquisition" and later returned to open session. In open session the board approved a motion to purchase "North Zulch Townsite Blk 31 Lot 9 (PT) & 10-13" (Madison County Appraisal District Property ID 25185). The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 a.m., and the minutes bear signatures for Karl Radde and Tammy Gilbert.
