Nathan Roman, project manager for Purdue, presented on behalf of Brian Rice for a 7,500-square-foot addition to an industrial building at 50–58 Montgomery Street. Nothing substantive had changed since the prior review, and staff and the commission found no new issues to keep the matter open.
The planning commission completed the SEQRA checklist and issued a negative declaration, finding no significant environmental impacts, then voted to approve the site plan and close the public hearing without requesting a special-use permit. The formal motions passed unanimously (5–0).
