During the Jan. 16 meeting the board approved five consent items grouped as 12.A–E, covering minutes from Nov. 18 and 21 and Dec. 12, 2024, monthly financial reports, and a Region 10 ESC multi-region agreement for food service. Trustee Leanna Stafford moved to approve the consent agenda; Nathan McCarty seconded and the motion "Carried 6-0."
The board did not discuss amendments to those consent items during the meeting, and no abstentions or recusal were recorded. These routine approvals allow district business to proceed and keep records current ahead of the next regular meeting.
