Vice President Susan Vick called the Midway Independent School District Board of Trustees to order at 5:32 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2025, and announced the board would go into closed session at 5:34 p.m. pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 to review applications for Board Place 1. The meeting location was the Superintendent Conference Room at the Midway ISD Administration Building, 13885 Woodway Drive, Woodway, TX.
The board reconvened its open session at 6:29 p.m.; Vice President Susan Vick stated that no action was taken in closed session and that no action was taken in open session. Board members present included Brad Alford, Jonathan Green, Rick Tullis, Susan Vick, Pam Watts and Colin Witt; Pete Rusek was absent. Staff present were Dr. Chris Allen and Carolyn Wynn. The meeting record shows adjournment at 6:30 p.m.
