Board approves personnel items, including multiple retirements and hires
Summary

Mister Willis presented a multi-page personnel report that included a list of retirements, resignations and other employment actions. He said principals have begun identifying employees who will transfer or be hired to fill openings and recommended the board approve the items as listed.
The board moved and approved the personnel slate by voice vote. Willis also presented Tab 12a (transfers/hires) and Tab C (supplements) which the board approved in subsequent motions. No individual employment terms or dollar amounts were read into the public segment captured by the transcript.
