Assistant Superintendent Dr. Daya D. Hill presented the proposed Nacogdoches High School 2025–2026 course guide and reviewed a slate of proposed new classes. New proposed offerings include Music Studies; Construction Technology I and II; Practicum of Construction Technology; Practicum in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM); Fundamentals of Real Estate; Practicum of Entrepreneurship; Medical Terminology; Health Science Theory; Practicum — Patient Care Technician; and Practicum — Emergency Medical Technician.
Dr. Hill presented the guide for board review during the agenda session; the proposals were informational at this meeting and any curricular adoption or scheduling changes will require the standard review process and placement on a future board agenda for action if needed.
