"I would move that we set the sale price for the current hovercraft at a minimum of $15,000," the mover said during the discussion, noting comparable listings ranged "anywhere... from $10,000 up to $40,000." After brief discussion the board moved and approved the sale price minimum. The board directed staff to proceed with the sale process under that minimum bid.
