Board President Farshid Niroumand presided as Board member Mindy Winslow moved the motion to approve and Rev. Kallie Pitcock seconded; the motion passed 4–0 with three members absent.
The consent items included approval of donations under and over $2,500 — including $3,657 from the Nacogdoches Dragon Softball Athletic Booster Club — an investment report, and multiple business office reports. The Board also approved purchases over $50,000 and specific procurement requests brought forward under the consent agenda.
