McIntosh โ At an organizational meeting on Nov. 18, 2025, the McIntosh Town Council nominated Councilor Jones to serve as council president and re-nominated Vice President Mullikin to continue as vice president, the council recorded in its brief evening session at the Community Center, 5822 Avenue F.
Councilor Medeiros put forward the nomination of Councilor Jones for president and Jones accepted. Jones then nominated VP Mullikin for the vice president seat; Mullikin accepted. The meeting minutes and transcript note the nominations and acceptances but do not record a second or a formal roll-call vote on either nomination. The session adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
