Trustee Chris Morales moved to approve the report and Trustee Fred Gutierrez seconded. The board, with members present, voted unanimously to approve the safety-audit dashboard. The minutes specifically note that Trustee Ruben Martinez left the meeting at 7:26 p.m., returned at 7:30 p.m., and was not present to vote on this agenda item.
