At the April 16 meeting the Board amended the proposed student fees to remove a $75 instrument usage fee and then approved the 2025–26 student fees as amended. Mrs. Julie Oost moved to amend the student fees and the motion was seconded by Mrs. Kelli MacMillan; on roll call the motion and the final fee package each passed 7–0.
Board members said administration should reach out to the Music Boosters about instrument usage fees after the amendment passed. Trustees did not take additional action on fee structure beyond approving the amended schedule for the coming school year.
