The motion was made by Mr. Jim Andresen and seconded by Mrs. Briscoe, and carried 6-1 with Mrs. Kelli MacMillan voting no.
The project was presented as part of the capital and facilities review; Dr. Teri Shaw and Director of Buildings and Grounds Dave Rana described procurement through the joint cooperative purchasing process. The approval authorizes production of contract documents and scheduling of the work.
