CRA selects Perkins and Will to negotiate Innovation Walk master plan contract

Collier asked the board to authorize the executive director to negotiate and sign a contract subject to attorney review.
Commissioners discussed schedule and workshops: staff said the study would likely take nine to 12 months and that some public installations are planned in time for the Edison Awards, with the broader master plan completed on a longer timetable. Commissioners asked for a workshop to keep the commission and council informed through the process. After discussion, the board voted to authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with Perkins and Will.
