The DMV reported May in‑office retention of $40,262.73 and online retention of $17,634.18, for total May retention of $57,896.91; year‑to‑date retention reported was $268,610.64 and total YTD transaction count 33,851. Daily transaction tables for May were presented in the packet. IT staff reported that final IT and electrical drawings were complete and that data and electrical work had been finished as of May 8 to support a move to a proposed new DMV location; the office is awaiting installation of New York State ITS and DMV equipment before opening at that site.
The committee did not record additional action on DMV operations during the meeting; the reporting provides operational transparency ahead of the pending move.
