Subcommittee approves bond authorization for UT College of Medicine building

Hicks indicated the bond bill is a routine annual filing that authorizes TDOT bonding authority and that, in this instance, the bonding is targeted to the UT medical school project.
The committee voted and the clerk announced a 12–0 vote in favor; Chairman Kirk stated "The ayes do have it" and reported that HB 2,630 moves to full finance.
