Town engineering reports progress on multiple AMD phases and delays to Chub Run bid opening

The Chub Run project had Change Orders 1 and 2 presented and its vendor bid opening was postponed from Feb. 24 to March 10, 2026. Phase IV remains on hold pending contractor remobilization. The minutes note tree-felling and a to-bid meeting with AML as immediate next steps for Phase 2.
