Engineer reports Phase II ROWs secured; Chub Run and Phase IV sewer projects remain on schedule but face delays

The Phase II AMD/AML project has secured 28 of 34 rights-of-way and the environmental assessment was submitted to the Office of Surface Mining on Oct. 23, 2025; the engineer said the project is being aimed to go out for bid by the end of the year.
The Chub Run sewer extension contractor was scheduled to start around Nov. 1 but the engineer anticipated the likely start would slip until the end of the year. The Phase IV sewer project is waiting on approvals from the Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to make a connection at Sandy's Hardware station. No binding dates were set at the meeting.
