At its Dec. 9 meeting the Nutter Fort council approved minutes from Nov. 12 and Nov. 25, 2025, after a motion by Councilor Charlene Louk and a second by Councilor Sam Maxson. The council also reviewed and approved accounts payable following a motion by Sam Maxson and a second by Rick Lafferty; both actions were recorded as unanimous.
Councilor Charlene Louk moved to cancel the Dec. 23, 2025 council meeting because of the Christmas holiday; the motion was seconded by Rick Lafferty and passed unanimously on roll call. The minutes note Recorder Natalie K. Haddix and other councilors as absent for this meeting.
