The Allen County Board of Commissioners approved the appointment of Heather Presley-Cowen to the Allen County Plan Commission. Chief of Staff Chris Cloud presented her name during the July 17 session; Therese M. Brown moved approval and the board voted 3-0.
Separately, the commissioners voted to waive the second reading on items where it was deemed necessary for the day's legislative session; that motion also passed 3-0. Commissioner Richard E. Beck adjourned the meeting at 10:15 a.m.
