Educational services report: MCOE says it spent Title I and II funds for 2025–26

"We were able to spend in '25, '26 all of our funds, some on salaries as well as, supplies and administrative costs," S6 said, adding that Title II funds were largely used for travel and conferences to build staff capacity. Board members had an opportunity to ask questions; the item was presented as an action item and S2 moved to approve item 3.1, which proceeded without substantive objection from the board.
