Chelsea described the grant in varying terms during the presentation—at one point calling it a "$40,000 grant" and then saying "it's actually it's only $20,000; we're putting 20,000 in." The board voted to accept the grant and subcontract with STC. Chelsea said there will be some signatures required for payment requests but that STC will manage the administrative tasks.
