County authorizes multi-year mobility-management contract with Institute for Human Services

Marie stated the funding is provided through NYSDOT and the Federal Transit Administration and gave the contract term as Jan. 1, 2023, to March 31, 2029. A board member asked what "mobility" entailed, and after clarification the motion was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
