At its July 27 meeting the Select Board recorded the following formal actions (all votes listed were 3-0 unless otherwise noted):
- Grant bid waiver to hire Disability Systems, Inc. for Senior Center ADA ramp at a cost not to exceed $20,000 (motion by Hohenberger; second Partington). - Grant religious exemption for a property associated with North Point Church (motion referenced 14 Cobbetts Pond Road, Lot 21-D-115; assessor header referenced Map/Lot 21-D-150). - Grant charitable exemption to Canobie Lake Protective Association for Map/Lot 22-L-103 (board acted contrary to the assessor’s recommendation). - Adopt the MSDC Special Revenue Fund SOP and the Police Public Safety Detail Revolving Fund SOP (motions by Hohenberger and Partington). - Appoint Edgar LaPointe to the Southern New Hampshire Regional Planning Commission for a four-year term from July 27. - Approve payroll and accounts payable for July 27, and approve draft minutes for July 13 and July 22. - Enter nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a), (c) and (l); directed Attorney Maher to request follow-up information in the Angelene Meadows matter with a deadline of August 7; later voted to seal nonpublic minutes.
