Jamie (speaker S8) told the board a redevelopment project at the Curtis School will break ground next Tuesday. He said the project—described as a historic-preservation redevelopment—would produce approximately 24 units and received state assistance and a pilot equivalent to what the IDA had provided for similar housing projects.
Jamie invited county representatives to the ceremony and said the redevelopment team came from the Rochester market. He called the project long-awaited and encouraged board members to contact staff if they wished to attend the groundbreaking.
