County authorizes long-term mobility-management contract with Institute for Human Services

A board member asked for clarification on the term "mobility"; Marie explained IHS helps people navigate bus routes and the 2-1-1 line. Members praised a named contact at IHS: "Belinda Hote over at IHS, is super to work with," Marie said. The motion to authorize the contract was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
