Commissioner Myra Carlisle Frazier moved each of the listed resolutions and motions at various points in the meeting; Commissioners Jack Garner and Cory Moates seconded as recorded. The minutes note that the board adjourned at 12:50 p.m. after a short executive session on security matters that concluded with no action taken.
