Planning Director Marie Myers Shearing told the committee the structure is from Handy Hut and would include seating. Committee members approved acceptance of the bid by a 4-0 voice vote.
Staff said acceptance of the bid allows procurement and scheduling for delivery and installation; final placement and installation logistics will be handled per the earlier MOU with the Village of Bath for the Dana Lyons site.
