Commissioners discuss museum lease, maintenance and capital funds

Commissioners discussed whether to treat future support as an appropriation or a budgeted line item and asked facilities staff (Keith) to be involved in planning for maintenance responsibilities and snow removal duties. No formal decision to spend funds was made; the board asked staff to prepare a written plan and an MOU for future consideration.
