Mayor Kathy Miller opened and closed the hearing; Councilmember Crystal Wade moved to pass the ordinance and Councilmember Angela Evans seconded the motion. The motion carried with the tally recorded as 0 Nay to 3 Yay votes.
Councilmember Crystal Wade said, "Crystal Wade made a motion to pass ordinance No. 954 to vacate alley in block 4." The minutes record there were no objections during the public hearing. The ordinance will move forward under the city’s normal administrative process for recording and filing vacated right-of-way actions.
