During public comment, Pam Koerner apologized for walking out of the prior meeting and told the council she "had watched all she could with the elected council members treating each other with disrespect" and urged them to be civil and work together.
Council member Adam Clark asked that minutes reflect who votes Nay on motions and said he prefers separating bills and minutes rather than using a consent agenda. On procurement, Angela Evans moved to purchase Toyo tires from Main Street Auto at $298.95 per tire; Crystal Wade seconded and the motion carried 0 Nay to 4 Yay votes. City Clerk Lana Smith clarified line items on an Emert Chubb bill: $550 for the city prosecutor, $717.50 for attorney review of the PWWSD #20 contract, and $205 for alley vacating work.
