CDBG library grant bids opened; consultant to review and recommend

During the Jan. 6 meeting, Miranda Bruning of Echelon Arch & Design opened and read bids submitted for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) library project. Bruning told the council she would review the bids and present a recommended contractor at a future meeting.
The council added the bid-opening to the agenda earlier in the meeting and voted to accept the amended agenda. No award was made at the meeting; staff will return with the consultant’s recommendation after evaluating compliance and best value.
