"We have continued with our new business attraction, made contact with 4 new businesses during this reporting period," the presenter said, highlighting technical assistance, a business welcome packet in development and promotional outlets including the Focus magazine and seasonal events such as Friday Fest and Coffee with the Mayor.
Staff and board members described grant work tied to historic‑building inventories and façade grants, noted a modest increase in volunteer hours and previewed a five‑year plan that emphasizes events, marketing and a coordinated downtown map.
