County staff detail steep rise in IT and contractual service bills; Motorola maintenance alone $57,000

Commissioners asked whether any of the contracts or support functions could be consolidated or handled in-house to reduce recurring costs. Staff tallied contractual services and computer maintenance year-to-date at approximately $1,931,064.42 and agreed to follow up on whether efficiencies or shared agreements could be identified.
