The Winnsboro Independent School District Board of Trustees recognized two Winnsboro Junior High School students and a Winnsboro Elementary teacher at its Nov. 17 regular meeting.
Jake Warren and Kristen Floyd were honored for their outstanding contributions to the school community. The board also recognized Winnsboro Elementary teacher Shelly Self "for her commitment to the students and teachers," according to the meeting minutes. The recognitions occurred early in the meeting after President Brandon Green called the session to order.
