Separately, the commission appointed Jeff Struwe to the Brookings Human Rights Commission and appointed Sergeant Tom Chester to the BCAOC Advisory Board as the Law Enforcement Representative. The board declared a check printer surplus for disposal and recorded a retirement effective Aug. 21, 2026 for Mike Erickson.
