"What we're trying to do is look at the fee schedule and look at making some, changes so that, residents who are trying to, maybe remodel or fix up their properties and stuff like that are not paying the same fees as the developers who are in the area," the chair said during the informational update. Staff indicated they will convene further conversations and bring a formal proposal back to a future meeting.
