County approves highway material option and Riverview reimbursement for County Road 17 engineering

The board approved an option to purchase material from Larson Acres, LLC effective Jan. 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2022, and approved a reimbursement agreement in which Riverview will reimburse Clark County for Clark Engineering costs connected to County Road 17 improvements.
Both motions passed unanimously. Commissioners recorded that the county pays engineering fees and culverts while the township would be responsible for placement costs in the Richland Township bridge matter; no dollar amounts for the material option or engineering contract were specified in the minutes.
