Resident urges enforcement on pet waste, outlines building plans and July street closure

Resident C. Hamlin addressed the council during the public comment period about problems with people not picking up after their dogs and allowing animals to defecate on his properties.
Hamlin also updated the council on local development: he said the old Fred’s building "should be able to build March/April 2025" and that he plans to start construction on his lot next to the post office after the Trimountain Ave. project is complete. He told the council he would "be blocking off the street in front of 1902 Tap & Grill (Trimountain Ave.) to have bands on the 4th of July."
